  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (ideally Mexican)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
