List of Ingredients:

  • 4 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry the tomatoes, removing any stems. Cut the tomatoes in half.

2 Toss the tomatoes with the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper. If desired add fresh rosemary, thyme, or other herbs.

3 Lay flat on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes are tomatoes are beginning to burst.

4 Let cool slightly before serving. Season if needed.
