Ingredients
3 cups quinoa
1 tbsp. sesame oil
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated or minced
1 red pepper, diced
1 cup mushrooms, minced
1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced
2 tbsp. water
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp Sriracha (more to taste)
1 head butter lettuce

Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sesame oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook for 1 minute.
