  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups rolled oats (GF if needed)
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (any kind or chunks)

1 Mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
