In less than 3 minutes, you can make amazing protein packed banana oats! Naturally sweet and no added sugars. Add all your favorite oatmeal toppings, for a satisfying breakfast.

List of Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (very ripe)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1 Spray a bowl with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Mash a banana in the bottom of the bowl. Stir in the egg. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Make sure to use a large mug or bowl so it doesn't bubble over.

2 Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Microwave for another minute and stir. Microwave in 30-second increments until finished. In my microwave, it took 3:00 minutes total.
