List of Ingredients:

  • 1 jicama, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Persian cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Tajin (to taste, or chili lime seasoning)
  • [Dressing]
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

1 Whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. If you like a sweeter dressing, add 1 tbsp of honey.

2 Start by chopping all the ingredients (an alligator chopper is great for this!)Try to chop the jicama, oranges, cucumbers, and avocado a similar size.

3 Toss together all the ingredients with the dressing. Sprinkle with Tajin or your favorite chili lime seasoning.
