List of Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup green onions
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. low fat sour cream
1 tbsp. honey (leave out for low carb)
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. poppy seeds (optional)
1 tsp dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, vinegar, poppy seeds, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Add the chicken, celery, cranberries, almonds, and green onions. Stir to combine. If possible, place the chicken salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to combine.
