- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
See Recipe now Step 1In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire, garlic, and anchovy paste. Season with black pepper to taste. If the dressing seems too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of water. Place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes for best results. See RecipeStep 2Preheat the oven (or toaster oven) to 400 degrees.
