  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (red, green, or both)
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced (or mango)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 corn tortillas

Step 1 Add the shrimp to a large bowl with the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne peppers. Toss and set aside.
