Step 1 In a large bowl, use your hands to mix together with the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Make sure not to overmix. If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs.

Step 2 Divide the mixture into four hamburger patties. Make a small depression with your thumb in the center of the burger to help the cook evenly.
