- 1.25 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 oz low fat cream cheese (glaze)
- 1 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt (glaze)
- 1 tsp vanilla (glaze)
- 3 tbsp swerve confectioners sugar (or regular, for glaze)

Make the two ingredient dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt, stirring until they are well combined, using a fork, if necessary. If the mixture is too sticky, add a Tablespoon of additional flour and continue to mix. Repeat as necessary until the mixture becomes a workable ball of dough. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface, until the dough is smooth. See RecipeStep 2In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, and half of the butter.
