Easy Cajun Shrimp

- 1.33 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning (more to taste)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon
Toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Melt the butter over medium high heat in a skillet. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Remove from skillet. Serve with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
