- 1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 lime (or lemon, for serving)
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Mix together the cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle over the chicken and rub it in to evenly coat the chicken.
Grill for 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Tent with foil and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with freshly squeezed lime juice.
