  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream, optional)
  • 8 corn tortillas (or 12 small, street-style tortillas)

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, stir together the chicken, refried beans, cheese, bell peppers, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and Greek yogurt.
