These rich and creamy banana popsicles are made with just four ingredients and packed with protein! Great for a healthy summer treat.

  • 5 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1 Peel bananas and broke into pieces. Add banana pieces, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 2 Spoon banana mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks.

Step 3 Freeze for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight). To serve, run the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds to easily remove the popsicles
