Creamy Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

- 1/2 cup rolled oats (or quick oats )
- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup (plus additional to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Place the oats in the blender and pulse a few times until ground into a fine flour.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
