What you need:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 X 8 pan with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
