  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp. ancho chili powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 limes, juice
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup green salsa
