Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into thin fries
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (or arrowroot powder)
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the butternut squash fries with the cornstarch to coat well.

Step 2Add the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
