List of Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I like mini chips)

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper. Add 1 cup of oats to a food processor or blender. Pulse 4-5 times until to break the oats down slightly. This gives the cookies a better texture.

2 In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas and peanut butter. Add the rolled and pulsed oats. Fold in the chocolate chips.

3 To make the cookies, use a rounded tablespoon for each cookie. Slightly moisten your hands and form into a cookie shape. These do not spread while baking, so make sure to form them as a cookie,
