- 2 cups canned lentils, rinsed and drained (you could use traditional chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 2 tbsp. basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
See Recipe now Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pulse everything except for the flour in a food processor until the mixture is combined. It may be dry but when you press it together with your hands, it should form balls.
