  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 X 8 baking dish with cooking spray. Add the apples to the baking dish. Toss with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
