List of Ingredients:

  • 1.25 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza toppings (or more to taste)

1 To make the two ingredient dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt, stirring until they are well combined. If the mixture is too sticky, add a tablespoon of additional flour and continue to mix. Repeat as necessary until the mixture becomes a workable ball of dough. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface, until the dough is smooth.

2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the dough. Roll the dough into a flat round circle, about 12 inches wide. Cover evenly with the sauce and sprinkle with garlic salt and dried basil. Add the shredded cheese and any toppings you are using.

3 Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. Season to taste, slice and serve. Makes 1- 12 inch pizza.
