Delicious Turkey BLT Wraps make a delicious five minute lunch with crispy bacon, deli turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and a simple tasty spread.
What you need:
- 1 low carb tortilla (or whole wheat)
- 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 oz deli turkey
- 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup lettuce
- 2 tbsp sprouts
Mix together the mayo and mustard. Spread onto the tortilla.
Layer on the turkey, turkey bacon, avocado, and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully roll up and slice in half.
