Heat half of the coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and cook for 4-6 minutes until tender-crisp and bright green. If you like your vegetables softer, cook a bit longer. Remove and set on the side.

Add the remaining oil to the pan. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes per side until just cooked through and opaque. Be careful not to overcook. Remove and set aside.
