  • 1 lb 95% lean ground beef (or turkey or chicken)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup water
