  • 1.5 cups steel cut oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1.5 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Step 1 Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients and mix them together.
