Strawberry Mango Smoothie

- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds (or chia seeds)
Add the carrots and almond milk to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Add strawberries, mango, and flaxseeds. Blend until smooth and creamy.
