What you need:

  • 2 lbs boneless lean pork shoulder, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 oranges, juice (1/3 cup)
  • 1 lime, juice (3-4 tbsp)
  • 1.5 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Step 1 Cut the pork into pieces, about 1.5-2 inches each. Add the pork to the slow cooker with the garlic, orange juice, lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
