List of Ingredients:
4 zucchini
2 tbsp. butter
1.33 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 lemon
salt and pepper
4 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves

Using a spiralizer, peeler, or knife, cut the zucchini into noodles.

Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, shallot, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp is just pink
