  • 1.33 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves

Step 1 Using a spiralizer, peeler, or knife, cut the zucchini into noodles.
