What you need:

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 8 oz baby bella mushrooms (cleaned and halved)
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 Heat the oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, toss together the green beans, mushrooms, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
