Raspberry Chia Smoothie

- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 4 tsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed with additional fruit or a sweetener like honey, Stevia, or pure maple syrup.
