Protein Baked Oats

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3 tbsp water (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup non fat cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (about 1 scoop)

Step 1 Combine oats, water (or milk), banana, cottage cheese, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and optional protein powder in a blender until smooth.

Step 2 Spray a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin with cooking spray. Pour in the blended mixture.
