What you need:

  • 24 oz tilapia (about 6 ounces each, or other white fish)
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, butter, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 Place the fish in a single layer in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper. Add the breadcrumb mixture on top.

Step 3 Bake for 10-13 minutes until fish is flaky and cooked through. The breadcrumbs should be browned. If needed, broil the fish for the last 1-2 minutes to brown.
