Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cutlets and pounded thin (or tenders)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 egg whites (or 2 eggs)
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Step 1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Prepare all your ingredients.

Step 2In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, basil, oregano, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix together well.

Step 3In another shallow bowl, pour in the egg whites. Set up your breading station so that you can easily coat all the chicken breast in the Parmesan breading.
