1.33 lbs. raw wild salmon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp. fresh dill (or half the amount dried)
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb sweet potatoes
1 lb asparagus
1 tbsp. olive oil

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Mix together the lemon juice, mustard, dill, half the garlic, and oregano.
