Ingredients

  • 1.33 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. broccolini
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. honey

Let's Watch One Pan Honey Mustard Chicken and Broccolini

Step 1 Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper.

Step 2 Heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the chicken and sear on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Step 3 Add the broccolini to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until it begins is tender crisp. Remove and set aside.

Step 4 Add the chicken broth, mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar to the skillet. Stir and scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the pan. Add the chicken and let simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat or until chicken is fully cooked, adding the brocollini during the last 2-3 minutes.
