What you need:

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana, chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, packed
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Step 1 For meal prep, measure out each ingredient (except milk) and add to a freezer-safe bag. Then simply add the contents to a blender with the milk when ready to make.
