Jalapeno Ranch Dressing

- 1.25 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and deveined
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (or basil)
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine everything in a food processor. Pulse until combined. Season well with salt and pepper.
For best results store in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. If too thick, thin with milk or water.
