What you need:
- 24 oz. wild salmon (or any kind of salmon)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Preheat the broiler. Mix together the basil, oregano, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Spray the salmon with cooking spray (or olive oil). Season with spice mixture, salt, and pepper. Place on a foil lined baking sheet.

Toss together the tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
