1 lb Persian cucumbers, diced
1 lb cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Toss together the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, mint, and dill.
