What you need:

  • 1 lb Persian cucumbers, diced
  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
