Honey Pork Tenderloin Recipe
The easy honey soy pork tenderloin is coated in crispy sesame seeds for a flavor-packed dinner you will love. Unique, flavorful, and delicious.
List of Ingredients:
- 1.33 lbs. lean pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Mix together the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger. Marinate the pork in that mixture for 1-2 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lay the sesame seeds on a plate. Carefully brush the pork with honey.
Press the pork on both sides into the sesame seeds.
Place on a baking sheet or pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake for about 25 minutes or until pork reaches 160 degrees. Let rest for at least 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
