List of Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (lightly packed, parsley, dill and basil)
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1 Prepare all the ingredients. You can use any combination of fresh herbs you like. Consider using fresh dill, basil, cilantro, and/or parsley.
