What you need:
15 oz canned tuna (drained well)
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed

Mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and celery seed.
