Ingredients
4 slices wheat bread (any bread will work)
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese)
15 oz canned tuna
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed

Step 1
Make the tuna salad by combing the tuna, celery, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery seed, salt, and pepper. If possible let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
