Healthy Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

List of Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 2 tbsp onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/16 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1 Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl or container. Taste and season as needed. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before using for best results.
