Healthy Thousand Island Dressing

- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 2 tbsp onion, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/16 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl or container. Taste and season as needed. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before using for best results.
Store in the fridge for up to one week. Stir well before serving.
