- 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Taste and season as needed. If you like more mustard flavor, add extra mustard. For a sweeter version, add more honey. For more tang, add extra lemon juice or vinegar.
